  • Fresh zucchini, diced
  • Onions, finely chopped
  • Tomatoes, diced
  • Garlic cloves, minced
  • Green chilies, sliced
  • Turmeric powder

  • Coriander powder
  • Cumin seeds
  • Mustard seeds
  • Salt, to taste

  1. Heat some oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Allow them to crackle.
