Your Heart
To perform this test, sit quietly for up to five minutes. Then, place your fingers on your wrist to locate your pulse. Measure your pulse rate for one minute and count the number of heartbeats. A normal heart rate for adults and children above the age of 10 falls within the range of 60-100 beats per minute. If your heart rate deviates from this range, it may indicate abnormal blood pressure levels. This signals the importance of consulting a doctor promptly.
Flexibility
